Good question, but to a certain extent it’s a bit like asking how long’s a piece of string! Yes, there can be a LOT of money in importing products from overseas for resale in Australia, but only if you choose the right product and are selling in the right market!

So what’s the right product?

The right product can be just about anything that you can buy cheap enough overseas & resell at a high enough profit margin here in Australia.

There’s no particular products that are better than others or will necessarily give you more profits.

It also comes down to the right market as well…

…you could import some products from overseas and sell them in an online auction environment like eBay and struggle to cover your costs because the market is just too saturated. Sell them on your own website however and you may well be able to make 100% to 200% profit.
